Service Department

No one likes to have trouble with their Heating & Air System. That is why we have:
Experienced - Trained - Courteous - Service Technicians
Standing By, ready to help solve your Heating & Cooling Problems.

If you need assistance with your system please call us at 205-664-1717.

Before you call for service please:
  • Check you thermostat to be sure it is properly set. (This may sound simple, but we have had many people call for service only to find that the thermostat was set to off)
  • Check your circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. (If it has tripped, the switch will be in the middle position: Switch it to "off" and then back to "on")
  • Also, be sure to check your filter (A clogged air filter can cause your air conditioner to freeze up, resulting in no cooling!)
